    • Review your listing and submit it.Once approved, your listing will go live on the platform.
  4. Are there any fees to list an item on adpola.lk? No, listing items on adpola.lk is completely free. You can post as many ads as you like without any charges.
  5. How do I contact a seller? To contact a seller:
    a) Navigate to the product or service listing you are interested in.
    b) Details will be shown on the “Contact” card
    c) You can either call or send a message to the seller directly using the provided information.
  6. Does adpola.lk offer payment gateways or online reservations for products? No, adpola.lk does not offer payment gateways or online reservations for products or services. All transactions, payments, and delivery arrangements must be made directly between the buyer and seller. We recommend that you use safe and secure methods of payment and meet in a public place when completing transactions.
  7. Can I edit or delete my listing? Yes, you can edit or delete your listing at any time. Simply:
    a) Log into your account.
    b) Go to “My Listings.”
    c) Select the ad you want to edit or delete.
    d) Make the necessary changes and save, or choose to remove the listing if the item is sold or no longer available
  8. How long will my ad stay active on the site? Listings on adpola.lk typically stay active for 30 days. After this period, you can choose to renew the listing if your item is still available for sale.
  9. How do I report suspicious activity or inappropriate ads? If you come across a suspicious listing or inappropriate behavior, please contact our support team directly at support@adpola.lk, and we will investigate the issue.
